Qilla Shipping Policy

Pre-order timing
Pre-order items are expected to ship from Canada in mid-September 2026. If the estimated shipment is delayed, customers may request a full refund before fulfilment. Final delivery timing begins after the order has shipped.

Canada
Standard shipping is CAD 12 and is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Orders of CAD 150 or more receive free standard shipping.

United States
Standard shipping is USD 15 and is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Orders of USD 150 or more receive free standard shipping. US customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

Two-item free shipping
Any order containing two or more items receives free standard shipping.

Tracking and delivery
Tracking information will be sent by email when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside Qilla’s control. Please contact qilla.customer@gmail.com if you need assistance with a shipment; we reply within 48 hours.
